SEM Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage SEM projects including requirements analysis, campaign development, testing and launch.
- Research and analyze industry changes/developments in search engine marketing.
- Analyze client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site conversion and ROI.
- Create and present written recommendations for SEM performance improvements.
- Performing keyword analysis and research, providing recommendations and developing keyword strategy for PPC campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree - Required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data.
- Experience with search marketing applications, tools, web analytics and bid management software - Advantage.
- A strong customer service orientation and the ability to form lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources.
- Enthusiastic about the search industry and willing to keep up with the latest trends.
- Technological / Mathematical Background.
- Mother Tongue English: Written and Spoken.
- Additional language (Russian, Arabic, French, Italian, German, Dutch) - Strong advantage

SaaS Client Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage SaaS (Software as a Service) technical requests and questions from clients - we provide phone, chat, email, and live screen-sharing support.
- Maintain online help system with ongoing changes in the software's development.
- Analyze client activity and provide well-defined strategies to improve ROI.
- Manage day-to-day SaaS client relationships.
Position Requirements:
- English: Mother Tongue Level - mandatory.
- Hebrew: Spoken/Written - mandatory.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Strong technological and mathematical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A strong customer service orientation and the ability to form lasting customer relationships.
- Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) - Advantage.

Position requirements:
- Experience in WEB UI - 2 years minimum
- DOT NET and C# - mandatory

- Relevant Academic Degree
